Disgruntled Fedex Employee – TVONTV.COM

Been having damage claims when shipping through FedEx. Now I know why. If my local fedex store is any example of the companies standards then they are in need of a major reboot.

You people are so stupid! You do realize that packages get tossed around much worse than this when they come off the plane right? Not only that but packages can get damaged from larger boxes being stacked on top of smaller boxes. All packages get rounded up together, so just because something is marked fragile doesn't mean somebody is personally handling your package with extra special care. If you're that concerned, package it better or pay for insurance. In the grand scheme of things a delivery driver tossing packages into his truck is not a big deal.

I used to work for FedEx back in my college years, and this is not FedEx standards. We're not trained to toss packages and I'm sure this employee will face a strong reprimand.

I had a FedEx job in college and honetly it looks like a normal day to me, or maybe I was just lazy. But he could seriously be throwing them worse.

I'm sure many are like this for whatever reasons, still many making excuses like this is the norm maybe it is but if you don't care about your job or the service you provide then fucking quit doing no one any favors.

That is a Fedex Ground driver, Ground is a contractor business and often their drivers are subcontractors or hourly employees of subcontractors. I notice he isn't wearing a Fedex uniform shirt, you can see it clearly at the end, but he is wearing the uniform pants.
Fedex Ground doesn't have anywhere near the quality control on employees that Fedex Air (the original) has.
